aside from the cinematography, what I really loved about Part 2 is how it's a discreet reference to Portable Ops; the masked figure reminded me of Gene as I knew about the project being cancelled before I saw the films, I can't imagine the disappointment to everyone involved. I really loved Part 1, which incorporated some humorous element of the earlier games (but also the horrors of war) and Part 2 seemed to shed off the comical elements for a grittier story! even if it's 2024, I doubt Konami would green light a fan project that would set the people's expectations really high (judging from the preview). I don't know if this story can be somehow released as a graphic novel, which won't 'harm' the company's interests, though like the Last Days Of Foxhound comic

i searched R6 Siege in real life bc I had the most vivid dream last night of something super similar to the whole arena thing Siege recently dive into w the cinematics. The only difference in my dream was real bullets were being used. It was super sick but also super scary. Borderline traumatizing. It felt real af. So I wanted to see if there was an anime or even a real life events similar to siege. sadly there’s not. 😐

The boy passed the test, but died in the process. At the film's end, his image is placed before the protective flame, along with previous "witches" who had also been forces for good.

Wtf is up with elizabeth? Is there a reason piere, a professional sniper, seems so distraught at the sound of an enemy suffering?

many years since.. and i still come back to watch this, its the best fanfic movie i have ever seen to date, even gameplay trailers and cut scenes are not as good as this is, the saddest thing i know is that this never kept going.. you could have made this into something so much bigger, really amazing work even to date guys.

I always hated cliffhangers. Never make a film even as a fan made with cliffhangers that will never be made as a sequel nor conclusion. It’s a massive waste of time. I’m ranting ‘cause I actually liked Part 1. That said, I hope you lots are okay. Don’t know why the next part was never made, but if it’s something too personal then I can understand that and will respect your privacy.

You should make it anyway just not “Metal Gear” maybe just the same plot and concept with different names
